On the starlit evening of August 27th, 1965, legends of music, Elvis Presley and The Beatles, met for the first and only time. This singular encounter is now vividly captured in this Sapphire Cinema dramatization

As a car drove through the streets, The Beatles, under the intoxicating influence of marijuana, In fits of laughter couldn't remember where they were going.

Elvis, Welcomes them into his home. They all sat on a crescent-shaped sofa.

It didn't start well. The Beatles, star-struck and silent. Simply gazing at their hero.

A visibly irritated Elvis snapped “If you guys are just going to stare at me, I’m going to bed, The atmosphere eventually lightened as they swapped tales about their music and the challenges of touring.

At the stroke of 2 am, Colonel Parker emerged from the games room, deciding it was time to retire. As The Beatles left, John, known for his unexpected antics, adopted his infamous Adolf Hitler accent. His words left an indelible mark on the onlookers.

 

You'll have to watch to see what John said. You will not believe what happened on this historic night.
