Screenplay in production, Completion / delivery expected October 2024
With its ability to scare, shock, and thrill its audiences, the horror genre has always been a huge favorite amongst movie-goers. From classic such as The Exorcist to modern hits like Get Out, horror has continuously evolved and pushed the boundaries of what is considered scary.

As film-makers, we have always been drawn to this genre, and we are excited to announce that it will feature prominently in our second screenplay, which we are crafting now. Entitled The Laptop, it again delves onto the spine-chilling world of the supernatural. The idea for this came to us when we were discussing our love for modern technology and how it has become such an integral part in our everyday lives. So, the possibility of combining the two, horror and our common-place devises, was discussed, and the idea of spookiness revolving around an ordinary, common-place, everyday laptop was born.
Meet Ben, a bright, highly intelligent, middle-aged individual who is passionate about learning and pursuing his technological interests. Confined to a wheelchair, he rarely leaves his home and is short of friends. He is also a computer whizz-kid, on the verge of revolutionizing the way computers will be seen, and used, across the world. But he is also in a financial crisis and dying of an incurable disease.
Meet William, late twenties, he is also lonely, but completely talentless. Regarded by many as a chancer, social misfit and a nerd, he is also in search of company. The two meet and William promises to help Ben pursue his dreams and make sure his name will live on long after death. But he does not. instead William steals and rolls out Ben's groundbreaking ideas, claims them as his own, and makes a global name, and fortune, for himself and around the world.
One night, after working late, and alone, on another deadline, William's lepton suddenly malfunctions and he goes in search of another one. He finds himself at an out-of-the-way, second-hand, backstreet computer shop where he acquires another devise which, unbeknown to him, once belonged to Ben. Once back in his office, William turns it on and... that's where the real horror begins.
After watching this chilling film, right through to the horrifying end, you will never view the laptop in the same way again.
